Is this a good level to be in?

Hello, I know this is a common problem, but I'm asking just to be sure.
I am currently level 37, and I recently started MooShu. I am at Hametsu Village right now. I'm wondering if it is a good level to be at. I do side quests, but not every single one of them. I am a Storm Wizard, if that has anything to do with this. Thanks!

P.S. I worry about a lot of things, and this probably won't sound like a huge problem to people posting, but I couldn't sleep well last night.

I was only level 30 when I got there. I never did any quest except the main, hey well ya know.

by the time your a level 30 you should atleast be in marlybone.

I got into MooShu when I was lvl 29 or 28(I can't remember lol).

That's a pretty good level to be at. I was around level 33 when I began Hametsu Village.

That's a good level it be at, I started Mooshu at about lvl 32-33

That's a pretty good level because me and my friend got there at level 35. :)
