Unfortunatley, i have a bad reputation of getting to worlds early in the game. :? For example, when i got to Mooshu, i was only Level 29. That's six levels off what i needed to be to get most MS clothing. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? (P.S I am LvL 31 now, and I had only one person help me with Meowiarty)

Best advice is to continue main story line quests. Maybe someone like a high level wizard will want to be your friend.
You are obviously not doing any of the side quests then. My wizards are usually level 36 by the time they hit MooShu and I try to do every little quest I get get my hands on.
Doing side quests helps because you get tons of extra xp, lots of cool boss drops that you can't get from others, plus once you go on your lvl 48 spell quest you may have needed to do some of them in order to get you spell.
It might be a good idea to go back through Krok and Marley and find some people that have things for you to do.
