I can't get into Shirataki Temple or Tree of Life

Please help me. I've done all the quests of Mooshu, I'm pretty sure. I can't seem to find any quest that I haven't completed and the only ones I have now are the books and oysters for Shirataki and Tree of Life.

Please help!
