How to collect spectral key???

I am in Mooshu, in The Village in Sorrow, and i have the quest to defeat Sorrow Whisperer and collect spectral key. I keep trying, and no matter if i defeat Sorrow Whisperers in The Village of Sorrow or The Ancient Burial Grounds, I cannot collect the key. Is this a bug?

Please Help!!!

It's not a glitch, it's one of the infamous "do not collect" quests. Keep trying
