Help! I cant get to moo shu!

I have a quest to talk to someone in mooshu so i can finally go to the world there but i cant find the world in the portal, do i have to defeat big ben in marley bone first?

Yes, you will need to complete your quest in Marleybone before you unlock Mooshu.
