Getting into the jade palace?

I have the quest message from beyond the grave to deliver the message to the jade champion but I can't get into the jade palace for some reason.

Just so you know, the Jade Palace is basically the Commons area of Mooshu, so you should have no issue reaching the Jade Champion. Just use quest helper and follow the arrow to the Jade Champion!
