finding ting yin

i cant find him for the life of me. i have the key, and was told that i could find him in the town dojo, but i cant get into the building. no instance sigils appear either. am i missing something?

I've been having the same problem!! I'm a lvl 40 death wizard and I can't get to ting yin in the dogo!! :(
