I have the quest talk to wave bringer. Well I get up there fight the diseased water spirit and there is no wavebringer to talk to its been like this for the past few days. What to do what to do!
If it is inside Shirataki Temple then you'd have to progress enough in the instance to fight Wavebringer, then he'd appear with the option to be interacted with.
