Is the blue Kimono available for sale or through drops? I have searched every where for it and can't find it. It is not for sale in Mooshu and the bazaar doesn't carry it either. I would like to have it to complete my collection.

The Bright Blue Silk Kimono is only available through Beckett's Pokemon magazine.
