i mean. to be fair morganthe is not a spider. she's a human. and if your meaning the final battle of Khrysalis then i don't know why your thinking that a spider extract should work here....
however if you still want a version of morganthe to use i recommend going to empyrea to one of the dream dungeons and extract the dream morganthes.
