Ice gets their blade at level 38. The last one besides Ice is life, which gets theirs just before the end of Krokotopia, (around 20-23). There's no reason it should be this late, especially since Ice has the lowest damage spells. It should be gotten at least when Life does, if not before.

Agreed. It's a bit strange why Ice gets theirs so late in the game. It should be the same as the other schools. I think the correct level should be around the level 20 range.

Hi Brian,
The original design team wanted the ice school to take longer to gain access due to the school being defensive instead of offensive. Thus the ice blade is offered much later. This was the same way of thinking for the Life school as well.
I recommend using treasure cards or a pet for the time being.
