Request to customize flooring in an area in the Heavenly Palace home.
Hello!
Can I request that we be allowed to customize the flooring in the secret bottom deck in the Heavenly Palace? I know the area is technically located outside, but it would be superb if we could change the flooring. I hope this is specific enough to understand where this location is.
