I am a Balance Wizard, I am currently level 67 and I don't know what the best Balance gear is to have or get, and where to get proper gear. Any Ideas? Any help is much appreciated!

Waterworks gear. Hood of Judgement + Robe of Judgement + Boots of Judgement.
lvl 60 waterworks gear aka the items listed above give you this power

Balance Strength magnification: 53
Universal Resistance: 28
Critical Balance Chance(with penalty) 53%
Universal Critical Block: 40

Idk for the ring, amulet, or anything else but Good Luck getting these items in the Waterworks

As others said, Waterworks hat, robe, boots, or the crafted gear from Carax Strongthread in Sudrilund if you don't want to farm. I use the Bear's Claw of Balance and Golden Ring of Balance.

Unless you have a Sidhe staff, you'll probably want pip and accuracy boosts from jewels or pet, and pierce jewels in the round sockets.
