Okay so I was going against Malistares wide and needed A LOT of help, so I asked one of my friends to come and help me. He kept saying that it said I was busy. So, I checked my privacy settings and saw that it did say to allow people to teleport. This has been going on for awhile. Please explain to me what I'm doing wrong and/or fix it!!!!

I'm pretty sure if you hit the crystal, no one is allowed entering except for the poeple that were in before you hit the crystal. It's that or the cutscene.

This is not a bug. Malestaire is a full-on dungeon. No one can port into you at that point. The only people who can port are you, if you mark then come back, or others already in the dungeon with you.
to have your friend help, you will have to start over. Sorry.
