Moon-refract: new weapon gem dropped by Rasputin

May transform enemy into sheep for a turn, preventing all casting on a target and reshuffles the enemies deck (note does not put cards in but rather scrambles them to annoy the enemy), the enemy can not manipulate his cards during that one turn.
