Hello! I was just wondering about something involving my pet. I went on the wiki and i saw it could do a "May cast". So I talked to mt friends and they said to get it you have to train at pet pavilion. I trained to mega and i didnt get the "May cast" ability. So Im wondering is there a secret to getting ability you want? Thanks!
There's no secret, it's just random chance. (Unfortunately)
Your pet does still have that talent in it's DNA, but the talent didn't express this time. It might turn up in a baby if you hatch, or it might not.
The best way to get a talent is to hatch your pet with another pet that has already learned that talent. Then your chances are pretty good that a baby can inherit the talent you want, but even when both parents have learned the talent ... there's still a chance that it won't show up in every baby they make together.
Pet training & hatching is very frustrating at times.
