I am level 55 I tried to pvp but I keep getting put against warlords that loose me rank. I looked at youtube videos but they only apply to level 5 or low level pvp. At level 55, I cant go down to level 5. So I am wondering if there is a way to become a warlord at grandmaster

Farm Lambent Fire for the spell Burning Rampage. If you're first there's really no way for the other person to counter it. Milk this spell's usability for as long as you can before it gets nerfed, because it's one of the most complained about spells at the moment.
