My wizard is gone

So in 2013, I created an account and I played it pretty regularly but I stopped after middle school. I logged back in to my account to find that I no longer have my wizards. Is it possible that my wizards got deleted?

Usually, the only way to delete a wizard is if this is done manually by typing the "Abracadabra" Phase prompted on the character selection menu.

I do recommend sending an email out to support though.

They will be able to assist and possibly recover your missing wizard.

I had the same thing happen to me, so I sent an email to support and they said that there was nothing they could do as they had no records of my wizards on file so i've just had to start all my wizards from scratch again.
