I've looked in several Walmarts and even tried London Drugs online nothing it must have to do with the company that supplies the cards to the stores. I would love to find them. Any help would be appreciated.
If I recall correctly, Dworgyn mentioned on a previous similar to this that KI uses an external distribution company to issue prepaid cards at stores within US and Canada. - Correct me if I'm wrong Sparck.

So, if for the reason that you're not having any luck, just bear in mind that many of the bundles (in particular) are available online (game's website) for purchasing.
