Improving the look and size a little

I think the dorm should have what it does now but two more rooms and a little kinda of crowns add on balcony thing that looks over the commons and any other area nearby. BTW Is the best school!

It wouldn't be a dorm room with this addition, it would be a castle/house. Dorm rooms are small, one room areas. If you want something bigger, buy a castle.
