Cyrus Drake gave me the Basilisk pet quest. I go to stone town to fight the Poacher and Collect the Egg Clutch. I go back to Cyrus and he gives me the pet. The text list said I got a Basilisk pet. the Egg shows in my pet list and says it will hatch in five minutes. Five minutes passes the Egg hatches, then everything disappears? NO Pet, No Egg.
Am I going to have to fight the Poacher again when I get to level 78?

Most likely if you did it at level 77. Must be a small glitch in the system. Sorry! OR, check if your backpack is full. It might be in your bank, attic, or shared bank.

As others have said, check you bank or attic. If it's not there, report it to support. They have a record of your duel and will make sure you have the pet you earned
