the power of the level 98 spell should be in direct link to the amount of pips

you use to cast it.

this spell can be cast with any number of pips up to 12 full pips or 6 gold pips

and the strength will be that like the spell of the given pips used to cast it

at 4 pips you get the strength of the four pips spell.

now as for the avatar of that spell

it will depend upon the world it comes from

or maybe it could be the form of the wizard them self who cast it..
