Comparing schools with their 7 pip and 8 pip spells, not in damage alone but in their versatility, which schools do you think have the best top two?

Storm has Storm Lord which can hit all and stun, and they have Leviathan now which hits hard and removes two blades to a single opponent.
Fire has the fire dragon which hits all, and Efreet which can sabotage an oncoming big strike by stamping the opponent with that -90 weakness.
Ice has Frost Giant which really doesn't hit hard but stuns all players
and they now have Snow Angel which does a great job of eating up opponents as it too is a hit all spell but a damage over time one.
Death has scarecrow, great for healing the player, and now skeletal dragon, a DOT
Myth has Orthrus which will eat through the shield for a big strike. Medusa which can hit hard and freeze the opponent in place
Balance has Power Nova a cool hit all spell that weakens an oncoming attack
and Ra which is a big attack all spell
Life has Rebirth for healing everyone and is a big defensive spell, and Forest Lord now.

Different match set ups in PvP and playing styles can call for a big focus on any one of these spell sets from different schools. But which ones appear the most versatile and how?

Ice now has two attack all spells at 7 and 8 pips. While frost giant may not hit hard it keeps opponents in place and can allow an ice to cast angel right after without much worry about defenses, although ice usually just angels back to back. from what I've faced.

I barely see storm players using Leviathan. For storm, they can make any spell reach 1000 damage with relative ease, from lightning bats and up thanks to critical, the sun spells, and their gears high attack boost. Storm prefers hard hitting speed over big pip spells.

Fires dragon has the bulk of its damage on the initial strike, making the damage received easy to cut with a tower or volcanic shield. Their efreet helps protect them from oncoming big strikes, but as a single strike spell can fall prey to a block as well.

Myths orthrus can run past a shield and hit big as it shrugs off the opponents attempt at defenses. Medusa which as a single strike can fall prey to shields, leave the opponent frozen for two turns, allowing a myth to build the pips needed to strike with another medusa, provided that pips arrive in time.

Offensively, Life only has one big attack all spell, their 8 pip forest lord, as a group that specializes in healing, they don't have much to go on when attacking groups.

Balance has it ok with ra and Power Nova, their gears new attack boosts and sun spells help Balance very much here and they can be great allies in team play because of nova.

Deaths scarecrow isn't a big hitter but it can be a big healer for them. Not much versatility here.

Which schools if any, have it good with versatility in 7 and 8 pip spells?

Is it Ices stun and angel?
Myths shield barging and double stun?
Storms stun and blade eating?
Lifes defensive group heal and mob attack?
Deaths dragon and scarecrow?
Balance?
Fire?
