I have trained for Garg and would love to make some TCs.
I am balance legendary and when I add garg to say scorpion or judge in battle and discard the card it should go to my TC deck or TCs right?
Well it doesnt. It simply is gone and not to find anywhere.
Is this not a bug and how do I get it fixed?

You don't keep the gargantuan cards you make with trained gargantuan. This is not a bug. You can only make treasure cards if you use a gargantuan treasure card to make it.

No.
A trained Gargantuan is not a treasure card, it is a Sun School spell. Also, I believe if you apply a Garg treasure card to an attack card, it is no longer a treasure card and will be consumed after the battle no matter if you use it or not. If you discard the treasure card without applying it, it will not disappear.
From the Player Guide:
"One of the differences between Sun School enchantments and other in-game enchantments is that cards enchanted with Sun School cards disappear after combat is resolved."
