I personally would like the minion's to get it straight first, since they are our minions and are suppose to do whatever we say. Henchmen are hired help, and well, are only in it for the money. But yes, paying real money to help contribute to a loss doesn't bode well. As a rule, if I encounter a cheating boss, I hire real life wizards and keep the henchmen and minions in the commons.
