Herman - I've got a Quest for you!

After you complete Waterworks, by talking to Blad, when you go back down, Herman has a Yellow Exclamation Mark, but he won't give you any quest when you talk to him for it.

Thank you - I have updated the Known Issues to reflect this. In actuality he does not have a quest for you, so you can ignore his gold question mark.
