Hello, i have a quick question i need to ask everyone. Ok. I recentally got into a fight with a friend and how he always complained on how i was leveling faster than him. So i removed him from my friends list and he reported me a couple times for Language, and Cheating. I did not use any type of language whats so ever and i dont know how i was cheating. He said i was cheating by doing a lot of dungeons. I did the dungeons mainly for cool items, coins, and xp. Then after awhile he started to use harsh language in open chat and it was pretty insulting. Ok, here are my questions.

1) Can i get banned for being reported for no reason? I'm kinda scared because i love this game and i worked pretty hard on my chars.
2) Can he be banned for using bad language at me and my friend in open chat?
3) Is doing a dungeon over and over again cheating?

Thanks!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

First of all, the answer to your questions is right in the Frequently Asked Section of the message boards.

When you report someone, or you are reported, a message is sent directly to Mr Lincoln that includes the chat logs of everything that was said before and after that report.

Mr Lincoln then reads the log and assess the situation. He determines how bad the offense was, looks up prior offenses for the reported individual, and based on that assessment he issues sanctions such as muting or banning and sends an email to the offending account explaining the violation and the sanctions.

If the report was falsely made, that is determined as well, and the player who made the false report is investigated as to whether or not they have made previous false reports. False reports are just a egregious as valid ones, and similar sanctions can be levied against repeat offenders of false reporting.

Everything that a player enters into the chat window is logged. These larger chat logs are also routinely checked for those infractions that are not reported.

As for the dungeons, the first time you complete the required quest in a dungeon, you will receive 100% of the experience for the quest. The second time you complete the same quest in the same dungeon, you will receive 50% of the experience for the quest. All subsequent completions of that same quest in that same dungeon will not reward any experience at all. You will receive experience for dueling the creatures, but not for completing the quest.
