Thank you Kingsisle,

I have recently read an article on the wizard101.com message boards about GenCon. I have seen countless thread each day pertaining to KingsIsle not caring about what their customers have to say. If you have noticed they asked more questions to the consumers then the consumers asked the company.

They also now have Feedback Friday, ever since a new producer was hired I think things have made a turn in the right direction. It's just something that's been going on the whole time you just have not noticed until something new comes along, like the producer.
