No. It depends on what school you are. Ice has the most because their spells do less damage and storm has the least because their spell do the most damage. It depends on the school you're in.
depends on what school your in. if your storm, id congratulate u have almost 2k health before 50 is amazing. if ur ice then i would say shame on you. you would need to get better gear.
