Lack of Communication

Obviously you all are having issues with people logging in I have been trying with my child for over an hour. Then finally we get to verifying character and it said failed to load now were back to "could not connect to wizard101 please try again later" how about some communication. We as a Family are not free players I pay for 3 subscriptions and buy a lot of crowns for my kids. There for since I am a paying customer I would expect like in other games you pay for subscriptions to have some info ie, we are working on issue or sorry servers down something.
