You've obviously logged in to the account on the website, now click My Accounts. Under Basic Information is the email field. Enter a new (valid) email address in that field. Click Save.
Thanks for the information but i still cant change it and i found the basic information. Am i suppose to click something? if you can try to reply again
Ok it appears you have Parental Controls setup on this account young Wizard. That changes things! In order to change your regular email address, you must enter the Parental Control password first.
Sorry professor but this is another problem because my mom forgot the password and she told me to put the parental email the same as my email. So I think i have no way out now. :( :(
