Errors at Log In: Solution 108 and 109

I haven't been able to log in to play in several days on any of my family and I keep getting the same two errors Solution 108 and 109. Anybody else ever have this problem. I am really frustrated. Thanks!

Both of these errors have to do with your computer being unable to connect to the game.

I'm sure Mr Lincoln can sort it out, but you'll need to contact him directly. You can do this through the Help & Support -> Contact Us Tab.
