why dont there be a Prison mansion from mb

it will be great if there is a house in mb that have prison cells like in scotland yard which you can open and close and wizards can be locked in

You can obtain 'Boss Drop' Jail cells that are easily usable for this...though as wizards can t-pot home, it doesn't mean you can hold them there. :-)
