When do I get to Marleybone

I am on level 28 and I have quest it's about crafting and i was wondering when do get to Marleybone please!!!!

The crafting quest has nothing to do with when you advance to another world.

You have to finish the Pyramid of the Sun, the Krokosphinx, and the Tomb of Storms before you can go to Marleybone.
