Stuck in Marleybone

I'm level 30 right now, and have finished all the quests I can find outside of Chelsea Court, but I can't get in there. I have nothing I can get done unless I am in Chelsea Court. What do I do now? I need to get into Chelsea Court!

Have you been following the main storyline?

Go to Digmoore Station and the Marleybone Commons, they might have the quest for you.

You can also try teleporting to a friend in Chelsea Court, but I'm not sure if it would help.
