Marleyboney chelsey court ticket?

Hi I have 2 quest to goto chelsey court.but when I go there it says I need ticket and that lady says not taking tickets to chelsey court.so how do you get a ticket there?

Thats what I said when I got to Marleybone, but only because of one quest. All you need to do is complete the main story line of Hyde Park.
Be patient Hyde Park isn't long.
