You don't have to do Kenzington Park you just do it to get xp and if you go in you don't even have to complete it. You get the xp, badges and it says you've fineshed the quest Brittany Silverleaf Lvl 38 Mooshu

I have just finished Kensington - I couldnt get in until I had finished Mooshu - or Dragonspyre - cant remember exactly but didnt get the quest until I went back later. I think it may be level based and it is not easy. I did it with my 2 level 60 wizards playing together last night and it took 3 hours! Quite tricky but good fun. They catch you quick - DONT run round the edges - you have to stay in the centre and stop in the middle of the ramps to check where everything is running. Then they throw a figure 8 pattern at you. I did enjoy this part of Marlybone - not the rest of this world so much though.
