If you have completed Krockatopia it unlocks MarleyBone for you, if you have the quest to see the dog just inside after the world door then you may have something you want to address with tec support.
If the quest in Marley Bone relates to a school quest or if you ported in there and took a side quest, you either have to wait till you quest to that area or get someone with access to it to port to.
