I'm a level 52 storm right now and I have (well, had now) the Regent Square Tower quest to beat Estrakir Gloomthorn and get a key from him. Okay, did that, got the key. I brought it back to the storm school teacher and got the experience points from it, but I did not get a new spell or a follow up quest to complete the quest. The quest was supposed to give me a new spell though. I can no longer even interact with the storm teacher because I have all of the spells, and he is not offering a quest.
I don't really know where to go from here. I don't know if I did something incorrectly or if there was a glitch, but now I'm really confused and I kind of really want that new spell lol. Anyone have any solutions?
