How do you get the Chelsea Court Ticket to go to Chelsea Court.

I need this answered also. I have no more quests to do but can not get to Chelsea.

You have to beat the gearhed destroyer first in the north clocktower. If you're on the box from krok quest you have to beat up the gearhead first.
