I have a quest from Moolinda Wu to go to Chelsea Court and talk to Freddy Nine Lives. But every time i talk to the ticket master she gives me a quest to go to Hyde Park (I'm guessing that's a ticket?). Do yo just have to do enough quests in Hyde Park or something?
thats what I have found. there is no short cut to Chelsea court that I am aware of. Several quests lead me there and I had to finish enough of hyde park to get the ticket to Chelsea. Hope this helps
Or if you have a friend that is in or passed Chelsea court they can take you there. Your friend will but the Chelsea Court ticket and go to CC, then you port to your friend in CC and your there!
