dont know how to get quest

the quest where you defeat black widow in knight's court but I can't find the quest and I'm level 120 myth pls help!

The quest is called "Off With Her Head" and is given by David Beeman in Knight's Court.

If you did this quest the first time through, you can't pick it up again. If you didn't do it, there may be some prequests that you need to take care of first.
