Asking for real time help here isn't a good idea, because posts can take up to a day to appear.

Try going to a "crowded" server and waiting for somebody else to show up.

Young student, your Quest Helper arrow should point you towards Big Ben once you have the quest. You'll want to go into the Royal Museum, in Marleybone's Regent's Square.

OMG big ben is in the ROYAL MUSEUM next to the counterweights! duh! sorry if i was mean just its right in the middle! how could you miss it?!
