Are there any Marleybone Pets?

I am in Marleybone, and i have no pet. While i was in krokotopia, i saw a guy with pet that was a rat with a tux that looked like an O'Leary Trickster. how do you get it?

While there isn't a dedicated pet shop in Marleybone, many bosses of the rooftops keep pets that you can win in duels.
