Do you mean the secret shopping place?? If so go to the "island" where Wulyuim the crafter is. Go past the mander snack vendor. You will see a big game hunter to the right but go left. There are 2 pillars/columns with a round signal between them. When the columns light all the way up--it takes time--then the signal lights up. Step on the signal and it beams you up to the secret shop. While it is lit go up and down 5 times to get your secret shopper badge.
The shop has some clothes and a pet that is only available there.
