Weird Glitches?

It's very weird because on my death wizard in krokotopia, I did this side quest to become an apprentice crafter. I had to craft some daggers. I crafted the daggers, but when I go to Krokotopia the question mark still remains grey. Did I do anything

Hello,

You'll need to have both of them in your backpack when you go to turn in your quest.
