The something else quest is the one in grizzleheim where you have to find all the books. Its called the lore of the runes or something like that.

I had the same problem. I tried turning on the pillers in the order that that reapeared, In all combinations, and in different orders. Nothing worked. it has been more than an hour so I gave up once and started again the next day. Finally I figured it out! You have to light all four pillers in the order that they appear on the wall, from right to left. How stupid I was1 Why didn't I try that the first time! Don't make the same mistake!

Although the comments are, several people wondered why some children seem to instantly figure the puzzles out when some adults have trouble.

Children are accustomed to backing up and looking above eye level.
