Statue with one Brazier

Hi, I can't seem to find the Starue with one Brazier in the Royal Hall and it's really annoying, please help!

Hi i'm a level 33 wizard (James StormBlade) and is it a side quest or not but if there is a blazier its probably in a dungeon or you might of got confused with the one in in the main lobby of that area.Cant remember name, but try and use the arrow to locate it
