Ring Of Insight Bug

I have created the 2 required Ring of Insights for a quest but I can not turn this quest in. Can Somebody please help me.

Creating the items is only half of the requirements, you must return the crafted items to the quest giver.

If you have destroyed or sold those items you can craft them again, or if you're lucky you can purchase them in the Bazaar.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
