Krokosphinx?

I heard that the only way to get into Krokosphinx is by going into chamber of fire and completing all of the quests before entering. IF that is true I still can't get in. Some people say that I need to finish palace of fire then go to krokosphinx.

I am a wizard level 19.

8You must finish The Pyramid of the Sun, which is just one area in Krokotopia.

You have to finish all main storyline quests throughout the Pyramid to gain access to the Krokosphinx.
